Our CEO has two multi-country exits built on that model. Our CPO built Bakely, a live browser-based 3D design platform with 250,000+ installs and consistent recurring revenue from zero paid marketing — the platform Weddingly is built on. Our lead developer has nine years of experience building high-complexity multi-user 3D environments, including Bakely.
We came to this problem from technology and scaling, not from the wedding industry — which is exactly why we saw the coordination gap clearly. We are building in Bali because that is where we operate, where the relationships are real, and where the proof story will be earned.
