Weddingly is the shared workspace where planning decisions are made.

Instead of reviewing PDFs, static floor plans, or rendered images after a meeting, planners and couples collaborate live inside an accurate 3D version of the actual venue — in 3D, in real time, with everyone in the room.

Together they arrange tables, explore layouts, choose décor, and confirm key decisions in real time. They don't leave with another proposal to review. They leave with decisions already made.

The Team

We have built platforms like this before. We have run this model before.

We are a small founding team based in Bali — with a track record of scaling products across 30+ countries using the same earned media and locally-operated network model that underpins Weddingly. Our CEO has two multi-country exits built on that model. Our CPO built Bakely, a live browser-based 3D design platform with 250,000+ installs and consistent recurring revenue from zero paid marketing — the platform Weddingly is built on. Our lead developer has nine years of experience building high-complexity multi-user 3D environments, including Bakely.

We came to this problem from technology and scaling, not from the wedding industry — which is exactly why we saw the coordination gap clearly. We are building in Bali because that is where we operate, where the relationships are real, and where the proof story will be earned.
